National Universities Rankings

There are many factors prospective international students consider when searching for schools in different parts of the world, such as the language of instruction, the quality of the programs offered and the cost of tuition, experts say.

Location is another key factor – how far away from home are students willing, or wishing, to travel?

U.S. News released the 2017 edition of its Best Global Universities rankings this week, enabling students to compare schools globally, regionally and within specific countries. The universities ranked in the top 50 span four continents, though the majority of the schools – 35 – are located in the U.S.
